Abstract
This study examined the impact of workplace innovation on job performance in commercial banks in Nepal. Data was collected from 210 employees using a self-administered questionnaire on a five-point Likert scale. The study found a strong positive relationship between workplace innovation factors, such as organizing smarter, working flexible, strategic orientation, use of technology, and job performance. The regression analysis showed that these workplace innovations can explain a significant variation in job performance, with organizing smarter having the strongest impact. Overall, the findings suggest that workplace innovation practices can significantly enhance job performance in commercial banks. Therefore, it is recommended that commercial banks in Nepal should focus on adopting workplace innovation practices to improve employee performance, with emphasis on the major factors of use of technology, working flexible, and organizing smarter.
